I presume you are asking why Pedological language is so technical. Pedology is the science of the soil such as Botany or Zoology. As such, it has a language of its own. All sciences have special terminology used for communication between the scientists.

I presume you are not a soil scientist or Pedologist. In that case you will need to get the assistance of a soil scientist friend to help you. Scientific terms always have a precise definition to avoid confusion between scientists and so that observations or results can be duplicated. Progress of the science depends on this precision.
