argillic horizon

If a plow layer is directly above Bt horizon , is it required for more clay content for illuvial Bt to be an argillic ?
on the other hand in this condition according to keys to soil taxonomy we think the presence of clay film or skin and thickness is enough to be argillic and no need fo higher clay content in Bt. Is it right?
