Human transported and altered material

- one of important question is about the definition of these two parameter (Human transported and altered material):

a : Considering two land use one is Foest land and another is Agriculturing land with cultivated soil in slope of 30 % in a mountain physiography which soil sampling were done in back slope position

b: We know that these two land use are both in one mountain
c : cutivated fields ( wheat plant ) were produced from forest wood cutting and clearing and land plowing and soil tillage were done with some machines

Question :
Can we say that we have human transported or altered material in this cutivated face ? please
